I'm Nathan Garcia, originally destined for a career in computer engineering until life took a turn with the impending arrival of my daughter. With family ties deeply rooted in electrical work—my brother and uncle thriving in the field—I embraced this familiar path to provide for my growing family. Working alongside them, I discovered a passion for electrical work and the myriad challenges it presents.
However, during a lull in work with my uncle, I found myself on a large prevailing wage project, feeling disconnected and reduced to a mere number. Determined to create a different experience for myself and others, I founded NRG Electric. At NRG, we prioritize the well-being and dignity of every team member, ensuring that no one ever feels undervalued or overlooked.
Since our inception, NRG Electric has flourished, evolving into a close-knit team of skilled electricians. Our home base in North San Jose serves as a sanctuary where our team can thrive and feel truly appreciated.
